Shipping & payment

Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹299 or more and costs ₹59 on orders below ₹299. A ₹59 handling fee applies to COD orders in addition to any standard delivery charge.

We deliver within India to serviceable PIN codes. Prepaid payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) are available where shown at checkout. In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Pre-orders follow the schedule stated on the product page. Delivery estimates depend on the courier and destination; dispatch time is not delivery time. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

Cancellations & delivery responsibility

Request cancellation immediately with your order number. Cancellations require our confirmation before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled or changed. Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number and arrange to receive the parcel. Address errors, refusal or missed delivery attempts may result in return to origin. Re-dispatch is subject to availability and any shipping charge agreed in advance. A returned shipment does not automatically qualify for a refund.

We may cancel orders for unavailable stock, payment failure, delivery restrictions or reasonably suspected fraud, with a refund of any amount collected for the cancelled, undelivered order. No cancellation penalty applies.

Delivery issues — notify within 48 hours

Report damaged, defective, wrong or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to support@koolrabbit.com or WhatsApp +91 97292 74474. Include your order number and photos of the item and shipping label. Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video, starting with the sealed parcel and shipping label and showing all contents. Submit it with any damage, wrong-item or missing-item claim within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the parcel, tags and all contents. Claims require verification; where a video is unavailable, other supporting evidence will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

Do not return items without our approval and instructions. Keep affected items unused and unaltered. Verified claims are resolved through a suitable replacement, missing-item supply or appropriate refund, subject to applicable law. We cover approved return shipping for verified faults. Report an undelivered parcel marked delivered promptly so we can investigate.

Returns & refunds

No change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including personal preference or an incorrect size or colour chosen by the customer. Sale and hygiene-sensitive items are final sale for these reasons. Damage caused by use, mishandling or improper care is excluded. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 calendar days after verification and, where necessary, return inspection; bank processing may take additional time. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved promptly, within one month of receipt as required by law. The 48-hour reporting window and these terms do not restrict statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise legally eligible goods or deliveries. Changes do not reduce rights attached to orders already placed.
