Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please choose your items carefully. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or size or colour selections made incorrectly by the customer.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an item or included accessory missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

Include your order number, a short explanation, clear photographs and the original parcel-opening video.

Please record your parcel opening

Record one clear, continuous, unedited video, starting with the sealed parcel and readable shipping label. Show all sides of the package, opening of the seals, every item and accessory received, and a close-up of any damage.

Keep the original packaging, labels and contents until your claim is resolved. A video recorded after opening or resealing the parcel may not establish its condition on arrival. If an opening video is unavailable, contact us promptly with other supporting evidence; we will assess the available information in accordance with applicable law.

Sale & hygiene items

Earrings, pierced jewellery, other hygiene-sensitive items, and purchases from sales—including Mega Sale, ₹99 Sale, clearance and promotional offers—are final sale for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete deliveries remain eligible for review under the process above.

Approved returns & exchanges

Contact us before sending anything back. Items must remain unused and unworn, with the packaging, tags and accessories received. For verified delivery or product faults, we will arrange a suitable replacement, supply the missing item, or process an appropriate refund. Exchanges depend on availability. We will cover approved return shipping for verified faults.

Damage caused after delivery through use, mishandling or improper care is not covered by this policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 calendar days after verification and, where required, receipt and inspection of the return. Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method; COD refunds go to the customer’s verified bank account or UPI ID. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the affected item. No return or restocking fee applies to verified faulty or incorrect deliveries.
